Pricing
Consulting services are provided to physicians only. No consultations are provided directly to the patients.
Free Initial Case Review
Each case is first reviewed free of charge. If the case is not accepted, no report is issued and no fee is due.
Provider Billing
If the case is accepted, Translational Fertility LLC bills the provider a flat fee of $1,200 for a single, one-time case discussion, or $9,500 for an unlimited number of consultations over a four-month period regarding a specific patient. We accept payment by Zelle and wire transfers.
Refund Policy
Once a case is accepted, we are unable to offer partial or full refunds.
