Supplements and sleep
Evidence that any supplements or vitamins generally improve the chance of pregnancy is weak. Sleep is important.
There are many supplements available for women trying to improve their chances of pregnancy. However, there is no supplement proven to work, unless it is addressing a specific deficiency shown by the test. This does not mean that supplements do not work, but only that the evidentiary bases are weak.
At the same time, sleep is without a doubt very important for the fertility of both, males and females. Not only the duration but also the quality of sleep, which is determined by the amount of REM and so-called Delta sleep are highly relevant. They can be tracked using many wearables available on the consumer market, Apple Watch, Fitbit, etc.
For many people, addressing sleep problems may be the first step in improving fertility.
