Physicians

You’re with a patient who has tried IVF, usually more than once. Her fertilization is generally normal, but embryos stall before the blastocyst stage or the blastocysts show gross chromosomal errors. Protocol tweaks haven’t helped. At this point, you’re facing a poor-egg-quality problem that requires more than clinical expertise – it is effectively a research project that calls for translational fertility expertise. Under the Term Stim™ program, we provide the research tools and expertise to investigate causes and identify solutions for low egg quality in this specific case. We become your research resource, sounding board, and research assistant to help you build a patient-specific plan. Our involvement is physician-directed and can be as broad or as granular as you need.

IRB is Not Required

Our collaboration focuses on a unique, patient-specific clinical solution. As such, it is clinical care – not human-subjects research – and IRB review is not required. If you decide to publish a case report, you will need either the patient’s written authorization or to ensure the information is de-identified, in compliance with HIPAA requirements.

Becoming Translational Fertility Provider

To qualify as a partner provider you must be a licensed OB-GYN or reproductive endocrinologist, have genuine curiosity for innovative protocols, willingness to invest time in their careful analysis and implementation. We also strongly prefer physicians with at least 4.7 rating on Google. Partnership is offered and your Term Stim™ account is created only after an introductory Zoom meeting. At present, Translational Fertility works with a limited number of physicians, and we sincerely apologize for any waiting period. Translational Fertility reserves the right to decline partnership at its sole discretion.

Communication

Translational Fertility communicates its research findings exclusively to the treating physician and they remain preliminary until they are fully reviewed and aligned with the physician’s clinical strategy.

Translational Fertility support staff communicates with the patient directly only on provider’s order and that communication is limited solely to obtaining clarifications about the patient’s history or addressing technical or administrative matters.

We Refer Patients to You

Patients who contact us directly are referred to our affiliated physicians closest to the patient’s location.

Contribute Knowledge and Create legacy

As you practice, you uncover powerful practical insights that you may not have the time to  publish, or, if published, they become buried among countless manuscripts. With Term Stim™, your finding can shape real patient care. If it’s actionable and can be distilled into 1–3 sentences, we will integrate it into the range of outputs and credit it with your name, ensuring your contribution is visible and impactful.

Disclaimer: The information provided is not intended as medical advice.
