1. Case Acceptance Review — Free

At the request of the treating physician, Translational Fertility will review the patient’s history to determine whether Translational Fertility services may be useful in the patient’s case.

No written report or formal recommendations are issued for this initial review.

2. Translational Fertility Analysis — $2,250

A stand-alone review and analysis package.

Translational Fertility will provide a written opinion to the ordering physician, including case-specific analysis and recommendations for the physician’s consideration.

3. Single-Cycle Support — $5,950

Support for one treatment cycle at the request of the treating physician.

Includes review of the diagnostic cycle, followed by ongoing daily review and Translational Fertility recommendations during the treatment cycle.

4. Multi-Cycle Translational Fertility Program — $9,500

Covers up to three treatment cycles within 12 months.

Includes review of the diagnostic cycle, followed by ongoing daily review and Translational Fertility recommendations during 3 treatment cycles.
