Pricing

Free Initial Case Review

Each case is first reviewed free of charge to determine whether the patient is an appropriate candidate for Term Stim™. If the case is not accepted, no report is issued and no fee is due.

Provider billing

If the case is accepted, Translational Fertility LLC bills the provider a flat fee of $9,500 for up to four months of Term Stim™ engagement for a single patient.

Patient billing

The patient receives a single invoice for Term Stim™ only from the provider. This amount typically exceeds the Translational Fertility fee to account for the provider’s own professional time and billable services. These fees are separate from, and in addition to, any other fertility services customarily provided by the clinic and are not covered by insurance.

Refund Policy

Once a case is accepted and the Term Stim™ engagement has begun, we are unable to offer partial or full refunds.
